Question: In the accessories you offer hand pump, can a tent or a shower be inflated by means of this pump? Yes, but it is time-consuming, for a quicker inflation it is better to use the pressure bottle or the electrical pump from our offer.

Question: Where can I buy spare parts or parts for the repair kit for the inflatable tents and showers? Contact us, we have the most spare parts available on stock.

Question: What shall I do when the inflation valve has been damaged? When the valve is clogged with dirt, try to clean it with pressure air. When the valve is irreversibly damaged, it can be dismantled and replaced.

Question: What shall I do when the safety relief valve has been damaged? When the valve is clogged with dirt, try to clean it with pressure air. The safety relief valve can be taken out by means of socket wrench and replaced.

Question: The air is still escaping through the valve after I have inflated the tent and detached the pump, what shall I do? Probably you forgot to close the inflation valve before connecting the pump, close it by turning the valve-stem. Press the brassy valve-stem and turn it slightly. The spring will move the valve-stem to the upper position.

Question: Can a leaky structure and a torn up roof be repaired? Yes, you will find a repair kit with all necessary materials and glue in the accessories. A detailed repair procedure is given in the operation manual that is attached to each tent.

Question: During a careless handling I damaged the structure and the air is escaping, but I cannot find the hole where the air is leaking, what shall I do? Dip a sponge into the soap suds and spread it on the structure. In the leakage path a cluster of bubbles will be created.

Question: Can I use the tent or the shower in an environment with strong temperature deviations? Yes, the tents are designed even for big temperature deviations. At high temperatures the air expands, therefore the structure is equipped with the safety valve. At lower temperatures it is enough to inflate the structure additionally.

Question: Can the tents be used at a strong wind? Yes, it is possible. The tent must be anchored by means of pegs with all ground fastening flaps and guy ropes. It is necessary to avoid the “underblow” of the tent by wind, e.g. by laying down sand bags inside on the circumference of the tent. When possible install the tent in the lee.

Question: How can I pack the tent easily? Packing procedure and drawing are given in the operation manual that is attached to each tent. Generally the following procedure is to be followed: Remove the pegs and objects from the tent. Roll up the entrance doors. Let the tent dry and pack it dry and clean. By turning the inflation valve-stem deflate the air from the structure. Fold the tent into halves or thirds lengthwise so that you achieve the width of the transport bag. Fold the tent direction towards the valves. Place the folded tent into the transport bag.

Question: How shall I store the tent? Store the clean and dry tent in a dark dry place at the temperature (10 - 25)°C. During a long-term storage it is recommended to inflate and to check the state of the tent from time to time.

Question: What are the guarantee conditions for the inflatable tents and showers? The standard warranty period is 2 years and other conditions are governed by the Commercial Code.

Question: Can you recommend a preparation for the care of the tent surface? We recommend wash it with a lukewarm water with addition of soap or detergent.

Question: Can the tents be connected between each other? Yes, upon order the tents can be made connectable be means of a connection sheet.

Question: Is it possible to buy a spare cabin for the decontamination shower? Yes, upon order we can produce a spare shower cabin, retention basin or inflatable structure for you.

Question: Which water connection can I use for the decontamination shower? For water supply the GEKA quick-coupling device is used as standard, but it can be replaced by D or C connector with the internal thread G1“

Question: I would like to send the tent for a major repair, can you help me where to send it? We repair the tents in the company Gumotex. Send clean and dry tents with the defect description to our address Gumotex, a.s., Mládežnická 3A, č.p. 3062, CZ-690 75 Břeclav.

Question: We have a tent that we used for an intervention and it is contaminated, can you help us with the cleaning of the tent? Unfortunately we perform repair and service of dry and clean tents only. We cannot accept any contaminated tents, they would jeopardize the quality of other our products.
